Building, Renovations and Extensions

Our team consists of fully qualified professional craftsmen, plumbers, electricians, tillers and painters. We carry out everything from masonry/traditional to timber frame, simple extensions to sunrooms and garages. We provide full cost control of each element of the works and can allocate budgets for each element. All construction is carried out in strict accordance with current building legislation and the health and safety Acts 2007. We provide all our own in house plant and labour. Gemsin are fully insured and are a registered contractor under the Home Energy Saving scheme.
