I have to say I found the deadline of six weeks daunting. That is, until our meeting. The result was a plan, and following that, my confidence was restored and I knew I was in good hands.

I would like to highlight how much I appreciated the professional manner in which you conduct your business. Thank you for being mindful that I was learning, and as we progressed, your advice and help regarding plumbing, tiling, plastering, floors, kitchens, electricts etc, all helped to achieve what I hoped for.

You and your team had such a willing and can do attitude which made this whole experience hassle free (dare I say enjoyable) I always thought women were the multitaskers, but I have to say I dont know how you keep on top of all you do, but I could see why - long hours and hard work. !

Charles will never understand the blood sweat (but no tears) it took to pull this together, but I can assure you, he will enjoy the benefit of the result.

It is not often, with your hand on your heart, that you can recommend people, but Gemsin are the exception to the rule, please do not hesitate to refer future clients to me for reference.
